Brown Dust 2 Attacker Characters

Attackers are the costume that stands on the glowing tile after the buffers have spoken. They are not the first thing you pity unless the rest of the support roster is already in motion. This page groups carry jobs so you can match a fiend’s element and weak point. Full ranks live on the PvE tier list and PvP list. Mechanics live on combat.

Story carries (raise these without guilt)

• Justia — fixed-damage AoE. Ignores DEF, cannot crit. Still the best “I just installed” carry. Many 2026 newbie videos still say to keep her from Infinite. See reroll.
• Kry — 4-star that knocks back, shreds DEF on some kits, and refuses to leave clears. Powder spent here is not a beginner trap.
• Wiggle — plus-shape and a self-destruct button. Story only, but story is half the game.
• Scheherazade / Eleaneer — the Infinite magic and physical cores. Fine to main until a limited outclasses them and you can plus the limited.

If these four plus a buffer can see you through several story packs, you are playing correctly. The getting started path assumes that.

Endgame carry names (September 2026)

Treat as a watch list. Ownership without plus ranks is a poster.

• Morpeah — summons that attack and occupy. Current “best character” soundbite in general lists. Needs the same buff stack as everyone else.
• Apostle Blade — first Apostle-style carry; high slash ceiling. Young Lady Blade is the older Blade kit that still shows up in S-blocks.
• Nebris and Deadeye Nekyndalia — sniper patterns; great when the back tile is the weak point, wasted when the boss is a blob on the front.
• Loen, Liatris, Levia, Luvencia — elemental hammers. Swap them when the fiend’s property changes instead of plusing all four.
• Sylvia, Venaka, Eclipse, Yuri, Samay, Glacia (Heavenly Guardian Successor) — seasonal and core kits that rotate through S and A. Read the skill’s shape.
• Ventana, Wilhelmina, Tyr, Darian — condition carries. High numbers if the condition is on; mediocre if you ignore the tooltip.

Collab attackers (Chained Soldier 2 in September 2026) are limited kits. Pull them if you like the show and you already have buffers. Do not rebuild the account around a collab you will not plus. Details: events.

How to choose one carry

1. What element is the next Fiend / Evil Castle floor?
2. Does the costume’s pattern actually cover the weak tile? Combat is the test.
3. Can you plus this costume in the next two months? If not, keep Kry.
4. Do you already own a better kit on the same body? Swap costumes; do not pull a “new character” you already have.

Gear and plus ranks on carries

Exclusive weapons bound to a costume are the first craft. Random SR you will replace can wait. Plus ranks on a carry matter, but they matter after the two support jobs exist. A +5 Loen with no vulnerability buff is a loud story unit. A +2 Loen with plus-ranked Liberta and Teresse is a Fiend unit.

Use the daily checklist to dump powder into one carry at a time. Use the gacha planner so a collab PV does not open a second plus track you cannot finish. When a new seasonal attacker looks broken on events, ask whether you can plus it before the next fiend reset. If the answer is no, keep Kry.

A carry without a chain plan is a story unit in a Fiend lobby. If a replay shows 1,000 damage and a YouTube clear shows 100,000, look at plus ranks and buff buckets before you replace the name.
